My wife and I had a great experience at this complex. The only reason we decided to leave was to get into a stand alone house for our dog. There are 2 pools and even three hot tubs that never seemed crowed and were always well kept. On top of that the complex is nice and typically quiet in the night time. We slept with our windows open for two years and barely heard a noise. Olivia and her staff were professional in every interaction and were happy to bend over backwards with every request I made during my time as a resident. I highly recommend giving Ridgewood Village a try as my experience was great from beginning to end.
I've lived here for about one and a half years now and I love it. It is a little pricey, but the complex next door is about $2-3k! The area is really well kept and reasonably quite. It's a convenient location to get to just about every store you could need in less than 5 or 10min. The gym area is nice and rarely full so you can usually get on the equipment you want. The maintenance staff is super nice and always wave and say hi when you’re passing by. We’ve sent in a few service requests and they are always completed within 24 hours. With this being one of the few complex’s that allow any size dog (they just have a few breed restrictions) there are a lot of really cute dogs. It’s surprisingly quite most of the time though. There are usually kids outside playing, when the weather permits. I don’t have kids, but it seems like a nice place to live if you do. Overall I would love to keep living here and would recommend it to any of my friends or family.
I have lived here almost 2 years. So far, so good. Nice neighbors, clean, and safe. People who complain about the price should comparison shop other properties in the area, RV is very competitive.
It looked fancy when I looked at it first time, but I have felt uncomfortable while living there two years. 1. When I left the apt, they charged one day price more for violating 2 hours in which I should return the key to their office. 2. They are going to charge room cleaning no matter how you clean your unit, which is around $200. Actually, they take out the money from your security deposit. 3. When my daughter was born, I forgot to pay monthly fee in the first day after the day I should pay. I asked them if they can give grace one, but they rejected. I thought it was too much, so I mailed Equity which is the company managing of it, and after one month, I got a credit. I know all were not their fault, but mine. Rules are rule. I know. However, in some cases, I think they could be more generous or nicer. I paid completely and never missed it during the time I have stayed, but they really don't care about it. Also, I guess it is overpriced with the small space.
