~ for stays 4 months and longer: first months rent; last month's rent; one time move in fee; refundable $600 security deposit; and a non-refundable cleaning fee of $75. Tenants pay electric. If a three month (or less) lease is extended into four months or longer the tenant backpays electricity for the first three months and then from that point forward.
Owners are flexible and in between rental periods, including longer periods, may be negotiated after 1 month period is satisfied.
