This is my second apartment and I feel that it met my level of expectations when I compare it to my first apartment in California. The only gripe I have about this place is that the kitchen cabinets are too high. They're built for people six feet or taller. I like my one bedroom/one bath. It suits a single person perfectly, that is of you don't have large furniture. Its small, but cozy and comfortable. :-) I would give this place five stars if it wasn't for the unreachable kitchen cabinets.
Good staff. My wife and I were living here for 2 years (2007-2009) in two different apartments. The prices are higher than the average for the area, but the service and the apartments are worth it. The kitchen is a good size with newer appliances. Washer and dryer were included. The living area was a wide open space and included a fire place which was very nice. The pet policy was a major plus. The gym and pool were nothing special but they were better than most other places. The location is very good. You are near all of the major shopping centers in Silverdale. You are also very close to NBK Bangor, about 5 minutes from the front gate. I must reiterate how friendly and helpful the staff of the reserve was. Whenever we had a problem they were there fixing it in under 24 hours. For example, we had a pipe break in the kitchen and they had a plumber and drying equipment there within 2 hours.
This apartment was the first apartment my husband and I lived in. We had looked around the Silverdale/Bremerton area for a couple of weeks and then came to the Reserve. These apartments are very close to Silverdale and the highway but also secluded in a quiet neighborhood. We were impressed by the staff and can say that the rent for our two bedroom/two bath apartment was fair. The kitchen is a bit tight but designed nicely. The maintenance crew did a fantastic job managing the landscape and facilities. If we had a problem is was fixed within a day and were respectful when working in your apartment. The mangers were fantastic and very helpful. The pool and work out room were well maintained. The lighting in the apartments weren't the best but can easily be remedied with extra lamps. We moved out within a year when we bought our house and again the management was great and wishes us well. They are very pet friendly as well and make a point to greet your pet when you are out and about with your animal. I miss living there and have recommended to all my friends about giving the Reserve a shot.
I would give it a 3 but there are more cons for money you pay..its hard to find the place actually want..this place is very expensive you talking 1130 for a apt built in 1980's..just buy a HOUSE or rent one..you will pay for everything here just like a house..nice apt but not for what it worth..hope this helped
