I purchased a used Truck from Mountain Chevy and was promised it would be serviced and cleaned. It was not. They basically lied about doing an alignment, fixing the stereo buttons and cleaning the inside. After several calls and e-mails not returned i will now have to take it to another dealer to get resolved. Do not believe they guys!
$55 to program a replacement remote control/key fob! Chevy did not make my 2005 Colorado programmable by the owner. They require you to have it programmed by the dealer. What a scheme! Shame on you Chevrolet. And shame on you Mountain View for making your fee so outrageous!
2nd Truck I've purchased from you. 2009 2500HD now 2015 2500HD. Bought both thru Roberto Perez. He Was Great. He went the 2nd mile for me , Locating my truck and driving to Bakersfield to bring it back to Upland. I Love my new wheels. Everything was professional as far as the sale and financing experience. Mt wife and worked with Robert Fernandez, Andrew Martinez and Michele Mitchell who went above and beyond to make us a deal that my wife and I could afford and would make us happy. I have already been referring friends and family to your dealership so they can have as pleasant an experience as I did.
Virginia, you are nice and up front. But for Tony and the tall skinny african american kid, they told me the msrp for the vehicle we were looking for was there, and it was 32k. once we got there, they kept showing us this 38k vehicle, and i said, where is the vehicle we were speaking about. he kept saying " oh we will get to that, we will get to that." no, you are going to get to it now! so anyways, they were midleading us, and saying that it was going to come out to 32 k, WITH THE TRADE IN. what a bunch of liars. i will never come here again. and yes, i am typing fast because i want to get this 1 star review over with and not take up any more of my time on you poor excuse for a car dealer. and oh yeah, BOB, the guy if you spell his name backwards its still BOB, he is a pushy general manager. "can you come here now? how about later today? how about tomorrow morning? how about i deliver the car to your house?" get lost BOB. PS. Whenever you shop for a car, just ask them for the invoice, and pay exactly what the invoice states, and not one penny more. they make money from the manufacture based on sales volume, so don't let them give you this bs that they aren't making any money on it. if they weren't making any money, then why are they talking to you???? BOOM.
