I like it here so far. The apartments have all the appliances and the washer and dryer which is nice. Its close to a lot of things. I do see a lot of dog poop but the guys are good at trying to keep up on picking it up.
Recently moved out , rent is way overpriced it's almost a grand for a one bedroom apartment which is a joke. The apartment is small , fire alarm goes off every time you cook something , forget hot water if you have the washer going while you're in the shower , dryer doesn't work very well either and you can't bring in your own. Not sure who was under management during the summer but I had took my kids up to the pool and their was a few couples there drinking alcohol not sure if that's allowed. I decided to ignore it and let the kids still swim but it got to the point where you couldn't ignore it anymore the couples were cussing and being inappropriate. Maintenance is very unprofessional they knock once before busting into your apartment , it also takes them WEEKS to come fix the smallest of things. I just wouldn't recommend this place to anyone to be paying almost a grand for rent I wouldn't expect something a lot better. Glad I'm out of here.
Moved in and I already think this place is great. My kid got a birthday present from the office and they seem to always be very pleasant and helping in the office. Maintenance seems on top of everything. I would recommend this place to anyone I know.
HORRIBLE!! NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY!! THIS PLACE DOES NOT PRO-RATE WHEN YOURE BREAKING THE LEASE ON DEPLOYMENT ORDERS, ITS BEEN A NIGHT MARE, MY HUSBAND IS DEPLOYING AND IM IN THE MILITARY AS WELL, I CAN NOT AFFORD OUR APT ON MY OWN AND HAVE ANOTHER PLACE LINED UP WITH A FRIEND THAT WILL ACCOMADATE US, AND WILL BE EASIER FOR ME AND MY PUP, WE TURNED IN MY HUSBANDS ORDERS AND THEY SAID THAT WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BREAK THE LEASE WITH HIS ORDERS, I AM STUCK IN AN APT, THAT WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO HAVE A ROOM MATE TO HELP OUT WITH THE RENT... NOT ONLY WE CAN NOT BREAK THE LEASE WITH DEPLOYMET ORDERS, THE LADIES THAT WORK AT THE FRONT ARE RUDE AND HARD TO DEAL WITH, ITS AN INSTANT ATTITUDE UNLESS YOU ARE A NEW TENANT, DONT BE FOOLED WHEN YOU FIRST WALK IN. NOT ONLY THAT, WE HAVE BEEN FINED SEVERAL TIMES, WITH OUT ANYONE PERSONALLY COMING TO TALK TO US. AND OUR WATER HEATER, DOESNT WORK PROPERLY, WE HAVE TO HAVE OUR APT HEATER TO HAVE HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER. AND NO BODY PICKS UP THIER DOG POO EITHER. AND WHEN WE WENT UP TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION ALL THEY DID WAS LOWER THE FINE. WE HAVE BEEN IN THE MILITARY FOR OVER 6YEARS AND HAVE MOVED AROUND, THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE THAT I HAVE LIVED IN THE PAST 6YEARS!!! WISH I WOULDNT HAVE MOVED HERE!!
This is the absolute worst apartment we have ever lived in! We have a one bedroom and pay $850 a month, way overpriced! Maintenance is quick to respond but will baffle you with bullshit. Our refrigerator went out three times before they would replace it and they only wanted to give us $150 for food loss. This was over Thanksgiving and that did not come close to covering our food loss so we had to make a renters insurance claim. The dryer is ink stained and has to cycle twice to dry your clothes. Oh and the heating system is a joke! You can not run the heat and have a hot shower! Umm its January in Colorado.... a warm apartment and a hot shower would be nice. If you run the dishwasher or the washing machine don't expect a hot shower or heat. We complained and maintenance comes out twice and tells us there is nothing that can be done, he also agrees that this geo thermal heating system is a terrible way to heat everything. The windows are large but very drafty so it keeps the apartment pretty cold. There is no lighting in the living room or bedroom so expect to spend some money on lamps. Every time we use the oven the smoke detector goes off. We HATE this place! 12 years in the Army and many many moves including Korea and this is by far the worst place we have ever lived. The only good thing is its very close to Fort Carson.
