Management people were friendly and professional. Emily showed that being "professional" doesn't have to mean being jerks to anyone outside the company's interest. Location is perfect. At first, the apt didn't seem close to nearby shops because there are other apts in the area much closer, but the walk turned out to be very enjoyable any time of the day. Also community was pretty nice. There are a lot of friendly people with pets.
The apartments are modern, clean design with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The "hard wood" floors, however, are not actually wood, they are a laminate flooring. The management has been terrible. They will raise your rent 20% when it's time to renew your lease. The location, is great since it's walking distance to downtown Kirkland's waterfront, shopping, and restaurants. We live here and the location alone makes the management hassle worth it. We walk to everything - hot yoga, coffee shops, boutiques, happy hours, and Lake Washington is a 4 minute walk... which is beautiful.
