I have been here for 5 months, and it has been the worst living experience ever. The management is terrible, and they keep up with NOTHING. Every other week I have to call to ask why I have no hot water, why my dishwasher won't work, the disposal works when it's in a good mood, the blinds fall out when the wind blows, my fridge will over freeze itself (meaning we would have to unplug the fridge and defrost before we can use it every 3 days), and my heater doesn't work. I have called multiple times to report all of this, and Tina i believe her name was said that they do not have a maintenance team, that in order for me to get any assistance that they would have to borrow men from another property. You would think for the amount that they charge each month for rent, that you would be able to take a warm shower when there is 40degree weather outside. But hey! I guess I should just become a popsicle. They are very nice when you come to sign your lease, BUT ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE WHEN YOU NEED HELP. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this complex.
I have been here since June, 2013. New management came in January, 2015 and they are the worst that I have ever seen. The workers are lazy. Trash everywhere. The office people do not know what they are doing and this may be because they change people every two months. Maintenance requests take forever. I literally have to go to the office almost in a rage to get anything done. You can't pay your rent online. You have to go to the bank, get a money order and put it in the slot. Really? Its 2015!! I love my space but not the management. I WANT THE OLD MANAGEMENT BACK!!
I've been living at Sugar Ridge Apartment for two years and a new management came in January of 2015. It was downhill from there. The place is disgusting, trash everywhere, destroyed property - gym, pool and entrance gates on both side of the property. Not to mention the office people are completely unresponsive. If you want maintenance, you can expect no response from there. When they do respond, the job is not done properly. The property is losing great tenants, on my side of the building there are 5 vacant units out of 20. Long time tenants left and now we deal with new ghetto tenants. What do you expect with ghetto management? You get ghetto tenants. I cannot wait to get out of here. By the way, safety wise....I am terrified to walk my dog at night now...EVEN during the day because of questionable people hanging outside units and the pool.
Decided to move here on july 27.put deposit last month!all i need to do is just sign a contract.when i call them they said i have to pay $200 more because the management change?!!!! And btw!!!they just told me that theyre not gonna pay my realtor!!because of the new management!!!😒and my realtor is been calling them since then!!!i guess thats how ther new management works!!!!!now,im afraid that if i move there they might raise my monthly payment for no reason!!!so,im still thinking about moving to these place!it makes me laugh about thrm saying "WE HAVE NEW MANAGEMENT"using it to change there rules whenever they want!goodluck to those who's about to rent in this place!
oh my god I love my townhome until something is broke and the office never wants to fix it they are beyond sorry but the min u r late with rent its a note on ur door
