Each apartment has central heading and a swamp cooler for the summer months. One covered parking stall is included with each apartment.

Oakridge is managed by Urban Hive Properties, a locally owned company. We offer our residents superior service and convenience. We have a professional managerial and maintenance staff to handle most issues that come up. Residents can submit work-orders and pay rent online - saving you time and money. It is our goal to provide our residents with the best rental experience possible.

Initial fees include:

Application Fee: $35.00

Lease Initiation Fee: $150.00 (non-refundable)

Security Deposit: $200.00 OAC (refundable)

In addition to base rent the other monthly fees are:

Property tax pass-along: $6.96

Pro-rated utility fee. Your gas, water, trash, and sewer will be billed back to you base on number of occupants.

You are responsible for your own electricity and cable/internet.
