The Preserve at Creekside Apartment Homes. I have lived here for approximately 1 1/2 years. I was very hesitant on what to expect from staff and my apartment. The office staff has been extremely helpful and accommodating. The maintenance team equally incredible as well. The office team starts with Chris, the Office Manager who has helped me on more than one occasion. He always treated me with respect and kindness. I had situations I was faced with and he remedied them quickly. As for Debbie the Assistant Manager, she has always been extremely helpful and willing to listen when I had something to inquire about. Debbie will get your problem solved. Ashley, the Leasing Agent, also the first person I spoke to when I moved in has been very helpful and efficient answering all the questions I had. She also assisted me with most everything. Sarah, Leasing Consultant. Sarah is intelligent and will be there to assist you with your Preserve at Creekside questions without a doubt. She came here new recently and adapted quick. You will not be disappointed. As for the Maintenance team, Alex the Maintenance Supervisor has been extremely kind and tends to your apartment repair needs with much knowledge. I always felt most comfortable with him and knew my repair needs would be solved. Paul, the Maintenance Technician also has much knowledge and has fixed things quickly for me. He is quiet, but is very friendly and caring when it comes to a tenants apartment needs. After witnessing his knowledge at work, I was confident whenever he came by I had nothing to worry about. Micaiah, the newest Maintenance tech... Micaiah impressed me with his knowledge and speed with repairs. He is very friendly and caring. I felt comfortable with him. I realize the staff and maintenance team have many obstacles with so many tenants, but from what I have seen they have delivered extraordinary service and I am very appreciative of it. I recommend this community. I also believe we all must contribute to the continued peaceful and safe environment. One last and very important thing, security. I was very happy when The Preserve at Creekside took on a new security team. I feel to keep this community safe however, we must all contribute. Do not be afraid to call security when a problem emerges. I hope this community continues to thrive with great tenants who have respect and care for others. I notice all the great people here who can make a difference in this community. Please continue to share your thoughts with staff as I am trying to do.
Just moved in last week and we love, love, love it here. The staff has been attentive and are very willing to help make the move easier. Our apartment was clean, freshly painted and the carpets were cleaned. Where in the Roseville area can you find an apartment over 1,000 square feet for the value? Nowhere! I'm not sure what the deal is with the previous poster, but it's apartment living - you're bound to hear footsteps and voices from other apartments every once in a while. We've had no pests so far and while the parking isn't "optimum", its very workable. All in all, we're very pleased that we chose The Preserve at Creekside for our home.
Quiet and pleasant moved in almost a year ago, the staff is very friendly and the neighborhood is silent after 20:00 would like to move in in to a two bedroom but it's a waiting game no big deal. Very nice place to raise your kid's, no thugs or low life's in this place, love it overall.
The property management team at The Preserve at Creekside is the best that I have ever met. After looking for an apartment for over a month we were lucky to find The Preserve at Creekside. Chris, Rebecca, Ashley and even the handyman Alex,,,all were fabulous. The apartment was spotless,,,brand new carpets, countertops and fresh paint, newly refinished pool area and pool, they were meticulous about the walk through and the move in was made so easy. I would recommend this apartment complex 100%. The Starbucks is a 5 minute walk, the mall across the street, bike trail, dog area, restaurants close too...everything you need.
