After living here 6 months, things have only gotten worse. As new management took over, turned the downfall. The apartment manager is very rude, and puts a bad taste in peoples mouths after the foul and unkind words she speaks to fellow tenants as well as staff. I would not recommend living here due to poor management skills.
I dislike living here. The alarms go off at least once a month and they are annoying. The walls are paper thin. The apartment managers only care about $$$. The room is overall fair but it gets ruined when you have to go up the stairs when the alarm goes off or you can't have peace and quiet because of all the noise you hear outside. Expect to see and hear teenagers and partygoers come up and down the elevator thursday-sunday. I like that its close to fjc but the rent is expensive 1685 +utilities for a 800 sq ft 1 bedroom apt
I have lived at City Pointe since November of 2012, I love this apartment, the amenities are amazing, and is a must see.
Current management staff is much better then the previous ones. Current staff had managed my move-out very nicely..they worked with me to accomodate my flexibility in moving out of the place... the place is very nice as long as you utilize their amenities. Video room is awesome but you want to make sure that you get it in working condition :) I had that problem with earlier management staff but the current staff had fixed the issues....
I moved here during the transition to the new management firm and, from what the other residents tell me, this new group is vastly better than the last. From my point of view, the firm is great: they respond quickly to maintenance requests, regularly update tenants on the goings on, and have always been super helpful and courteous. Combine that with the location of the apartment and the amenities available to every tenant and City Pointe is a great place to live.
