Hi!

My roommate and I have a room available for rent in a three bedroom 1.5 bath unit. The room is about 10.5 by 9.5 feet large, not including the closet. We live in a two story unit with a full bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs. There's a large, private, back yard with a patio and plenty of room for bikes and outdoor furniture. The kitchen includes lots of storage space, a fridge, an electric stove, and a microwave. The downstairs is large and mostly furnished including a dining table, couch, and coffee table. We only moved in at the beginning of the school year therefore we're planning on getting more furniture and decorating the space over time.

You'll be sharing the space with a 31 y/o female UC Davis grad student/teacher, a 25 y/o male undergrad, and a 7 y/o Yorkshire terrier. Interested roommates must like dogs as she is an active member of our household. Our lease ends at the end of August 2016 and we're looking for someone committed to living with us till at least then.

The building includes three other units. All four units share a washer and dryer which are free to use. The landlord covers the water/garbage bill while we pay for Comcast internet ($13 a month) and PG&E (electricity and gas). Average PG&E bills range depending on use of the central AC. The heat has been working very well during the past cold weeks.

Our current roommate is moving back abroad and is willing to negotiate selling her furniture (mainly a bed and mattress) to the new occupant. There's also the possibility of your being abel to move in a few days before the end of December.
