I lived at the complex for nearly seven years and was evicted when the new managment took charge. The previous manager was stealing my money and selling/manufacturing methamphetamine in her apartment. Her and her husband were removed from the property. The tenants were mostly psychotic, on large amounts of DRUGS (that's you Levi and Ashley!) and or dealing/trafficking drugs. There are people of ill repute passing through the property at any given time. I also had a car stolen and another broken on the north parking lot. I'm sure the property has gotten better but its had a very tumultuous past. Overall, a decent place to live as long as you keep to yourself and have a car alarm. This might be deleted but I promise you it is the truth.
Had a certifiably insane woman in my end of the complex who was arrested (finally) one night with about 11 other people. So many people complained about her and the continual traffic in and out of the building, with the manager claiming there wasn't anything she could do about it. Finally, the tenant was arrested for possession of all kinds of things. Needles and other drug paraphernalia all around. Other tenants were being constantly served with warrants, arrested, drunk, fighting. The walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors on either side and upstairs coughing, sneezing, passing gas even. The current manager is doing an excellent job of keeping out these types of people. There are more stable tenants, who actually don't have shaved heads or tattooes, and who are quiet and seem to have jobs. And now there is a trend among these large complexes to charge you a fee of $50 when your lease expires and you want to go month-to-month. Ask for different lease lengths. You can do shorter periods than a year. Be careful. Check it out during the day and at night to get a better feel.
