Our buildings have coin op laundry and off street parking. The landlord pays for water, hot water, sewer and trash removal. You as the tenant would be responsible for your rent plus electric. The apartments are electric for heat, AC, lights and appliances. They come with a stove and refrigerator as well as AC units. We do have an income requirement that you must gross at least 3 times the rental amount monthly. Credit and background checks are required. We will accept a cat with the following pet policy: additional $35.00 each month added to the monthly rent and a deposit of $350.00 as a pet deposit. The maximum number of cats allowed per apartment would be two. Dogs are not permitted and we do not allow caged animals.
