We usually Freshly Paint and Professionally Clean the Units. The Flooring is in great condition and a combination of carpet and wood styled planking, and linoleum in the bathrooms.
Utilities- The Tenant pays Gas & Electric.. The Ownership pays Water, Trash, and Landscaping!
The tenant would have to check on the availability of Cable or Internet Services and for Satellite Dishes we do have certain Rules and Restrictions.
We have hired a local individual out of Huntington Beach to assist in showing the unit, but showing times will be coordinated on a limited availability as per her availability.
