I was in the process of applying for apt #195 back at the end of October. I spoke to Jessica several times during the process. When I went online to pay for the credit check of $75 ($25 per applicant), I called Jessica a couple minutes after the $75 fee was submitted and during our conversation, she realized my husband was in between jobs so we would not qualify. She said since we just submitted the money for the credit check a couple minutes prior, and that they wouldn't be running the credit check since we wouldn't qualify without a job, that she would explain the situation to her manager and the $75 would be refunded since the credit check wasn't ran. After a little over a month, I saw no refund in my bank account. I called last week and spoke to Joanne, and told her what Jessica told me and she said she would look into it and call me back. A week has gone by since then and I have heard from no one. Not only did they never return the $75 even though the credit check was NEVER completed, they are giving me the run around and not returning my phone calls. Very dissatisfied!
People park on grass. Dogs bark at all hours. Loud talking and cars music constantly. Known drug abusers and children unwatched throughout complex. Leasing office pretends to care but doesn't uphold lease agreements. Broken down vehicles take all guest parking available. Office doesn't follow through with tow threats. Not worth living here.
