Low Cost Pads is in search of a Home Manager/Tender for this property. As a Home Manager you will live in this property at a rate much lower than a normal rental rate. To qualify as a Home Manager in our program, you must have nice furniture for all the major rooms. You must have no prior evictions, felonies, & criminal misdemeanors. You cannot be a registered sexual predator. Spouses/Partners may live in the house with you, but everyone over 18 must qualify. Children and pets are subject to Home Owner approval. Our Homes are currently up for sale. You can continue to stay in the home at the stated rate until an offer on the house is accepted & a closing date is set. At that point, you will have 30 days to vacate. Homes take 6-7 months on average to sell. Most of the Home Managers/Tenders in our program can find relocation at another property within our program, and our existing Home Managers get first choice on available properties.
