I have been living in these apartments for 2 years now and I will not be renewing a lease with this company or complex ever again. The new property manager has the absolute worst customer service and has sent this community spiraling down. She has started "cracking down" on everyone and everything. I was charged a $50 fine for failure to pick up after my dog (which I always do). When I asked about the charges I was told that I must pay it because I was "photographed" not doing it. I politely asked to see the "photo of myself" not picking up, to which she rudely replied, no--That it is confidential. Charging fines without proof of people actually breaking any rules. I don't like being lied to. I cannot wait to leave this community now. I recommend you do no move in to this place.
Love this place. The staff is always helpful and pleasant to deal with. The pool area is beautiful and reminds you of a vacation resort. The miles of nature trails are great if love jogging or biking. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained.
I lived at Preserve at Mill Creek since 2009,i am really disappointed totally at the office manager Linda service.Simply poor service and no consideration.outrageous water bills and extremely high rents.
Horrible apartment complex. The staff is unhelpful & rude. This place will try to pull a quick one over you after the first month you move in with raised apartment fees & "other" fees they tack on to the bill. Aside from the high price of rent, the staff has no concept of customer service. They play a game called pass the buck & you will always get the short end of the stick. Please beware of this sorry excuse for an apartment complex.
