i lived in a 2 bedroom apartment with a roommate for 4 years (2010-2014). the apartment was really quite spacious as compared to other apartments in nashville (i think it was 1120 sq. ft.) the office staff is fantastic! the manager, zac, could not be any more friendly and accommodating! the same goes for Dee and and everyone else! we lived in one of the non-renovated apartments, but it was still plenty nice. we had maintenance problems from time to time, but we lived there for 4 years so that's to be expected. all of the appliances worked well. we never had any big problems in the 4 years we lived there. the maintenance staff are also really great at getting things fixed quickly. non-emergency problems were usually dealt with within 24-36ish hours. they also have an emergency number you can call during non-business hours if you have a serious problem. we never had a bug/insect problems really. in the 4 years we lived there, i probably killed a total of 8ish bugs which is probably fairly normal. the maintenance staff also comes and sprays the apartment preventively ever few months or so. we had a washer and dryer in our apartments so i can't comment on the laundry rooms because we never had to use them. when we first moved in, the front gates were always broken, but they haven't had any issues in a year or so. gazebo has been renovating the entire property since we first moved in. they are renovating the individual apartments as well as different areas around the grounds. they made a garden, a dog park, and a bunch of other stuff that most of us didn't really care about. but because of these renovations, they kept raising the rent until we just could no longer afford to live there. after reading so many negative reviews, i just thought that i should post a positive review of gazebo. the thing is, most people will not go online to review an apartment complex unless they are really upset about something. i give gazebo 5 stars certainly not because it's perfect, but because it's about as good as apartment living can be. the only real complaint i have about gazebo is the yearly rent increases. if we would have signed on for a 5th year, we would have been paying 70% higher than what we payed for the 1st year. overall, we enjoyed our time at gazebo, we just could no longer afford the escalating rent. (in case any of the gazebo staff happens to read this, i am one of the guys from dd552. thanks for everything! see you again some sunny day)
This apartment complex has potential to be a nice place but my stay here has been horrible. Roaches Roaches Roaches everywhere. They claim they send someone out but nothing happens. My whole building is having problems. And I am a clean person who has lived in several apartment complexes and have never had a roach problem. The apartments are old and the floor boards need to be replaced I can not only hear the people above me (which is understandable in an apartment) but the floor boards are super loud. The pool and tennis courts are nice but their rates are rising and their not worth cost for the amount you pay here you could move to a much nicer area. They seem to be so focused on selling their overpriced rennovated models that they seem to have neglected the other models and ultimately their residents.
So far so good! The location is great and the apartments are pet friendly. No place is perfect, but I can say that I feel I have a good value here. My bedroom is big and I LOVE the closet :)
GREAT PLACE TO LIVE, WORK and PLAY. I enjoyed working here and all the friendly residents. Great set of maintenance and office staff to work with as well.
This place is horrible. The gates are always broken. Nowhere near enough parking! Maintenance takes forever when they do show up they are very quick to enter on their own so plan your showers. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
