Pros: - Cheap rent - Large rooms Cons: - $350 electric bill PER MONTH during the winter, while keeping the apartment at 62 degrees the whole time. I can't imagine what it would be if we kept it at a liveable temperature. - Next to a very shady area, there was someone stabbed to death about a block away in August. - Lots of fees. To move in and move out, there's at least $400 in fees, as well as the deposit (which they keep) when they make up enough damages to equal the cost. - I had the front bedroom, and you could hear every word said outside when the windows were closed because the insulation was so poor. We were desperate and needed a cheap place to live. If this is you, do everything to avoid this place, and if anything only live there for a year.
AWFUL!!! Maintenance can't even fix a running toilet. Its been running since I moved in. My neighbors dog bit my dog and I basically got told to deal with it. My dishwasher has been out since Thanksgiving. No replacement. DO NOT REMOVE ANY SNOW. The only reason that the sidewalks are clear is because all of us in the apt complex did a little. My electric blew and I had to stay some where for the night because they would not allow us in the apt, gave us a hotel room that DOES NOT ALLOW DOGS and when i asked her what am I supposed to do she told us that's our fault and to find some where to put her. If you love to be ignored get OVERCHARGED to live in the ghetto and don't want anything to work right in the apt, also, do not care for your dog, then this is the place for you.
