I just moved moved out of this place last week and I am sooooooo relieved. Not only are the staff rude and not caring at all. But I had cockroaches and ants. I am a very clean person but the building constantly smelt of mildew or some sort of animal feces or piss. The staff here are unprofessional and laugh at you when you have an issue. When you move out, they Charge you for everything and anything possible such as light bulbs that aren't even burnt out. DO NOT move here. I would give this place 0 stars
A very friendly and welcoming staff! A huge variety of culture in the residents make for a very comfortable and non judgmental community. I always feel very safe while i am at the Tressa due to the on site security and the seemingly 24/7 police presence. The best place ive ever had the pleasure of staying at!
I've l lived here nine months and am about to move out of a top floor one bedroom. Here's the upside and the downside. On the upside, I found the staff very professional and helpful. I had my own secure parking space and saw or heard no evidence of car prowl issues. I enjoyed the modern appliances including the built-in microwave oven. I really enjoyed the in-unit washer and dryer. The building seems solid. I never heard a single sound from my next door neighbor's unit. The Internet connection is fast and reliable. The vast majority of tenants here seem courteous and responsible. And, what I'll miss the most is being a few minutes away from everything I want and need. Grocery Outlet, Office Depot, Albertsons and the huge new Asian food market, Kidd Valley burgers and an espresso kiosk just a few feet away, and much more. The downside. This is a one bedroom unit technically, but it's really a studio with a wall down the middle. I have a bed, a dresser drawer, and a computer workstation, and it's full. No more stuff. The noise from Aurora Avenue is constant. It got very hot in the Summer with no cross ventilation, but all I did was work on the computer with a fan on me, so I was OK. Every once in a while I'll see tiny ants in the bathroom or walking up the wall behind my desk, but they come in ones and twos, and I've seen the same ants in a very clean house that I lived in before here. They're not interested in me, so I decided not to be interested in them. Finally, the worst thing for me was that there are some really messed up people in this neighborhood. Many nights I hear screaming and really loud stupid conversations that the whole complex can hear. I got used to it, but I won't miss it.
I can't say I like anything about this place. First off they showed me a way different unit than the one I got. Then they got mad I was kinda angry that I felt I got screwed. The "cleaning" staff is useless there's always some kinda of puke, poop, trash, ect that they take forever to clean. There's always crack heads outside my window fighting. The office lady told mre to call the crap security guard about noise as the office won't help you at all neater will the security guy. There's always bums near by or in the "secure building". They are rude about giving you packages and everything else for that matter. They were sweet as punch when we were looking but right when your done signing your lease there change there tune. Like 3 months in my neighbor flooded my apartment and the office treated me like crap for it then my water was off for 3 days with no apology or compensation at all. If you like quiet don't look here if you like cleanliness don't move here as I said before there's all kinds of excrement everywhere. On my side of the building the trash compactor is always going off and slamming in to the wall. They lie in there listings to there is no a/c at all and it getts hot as hell. A few of the office lady's have really treated me with very little respect at all. When I asked for the number for there boss They went off on me like I was a little kid. I feel like it's blatant discrimination against me they wo t say anything to my upstairs neighbor when I have a complaint but they sure will slap me with a 10 day notice. I have put in like 5 work orders but they have yet to come fix it for about 6-7 months. I would like to find some legal advice about this but don't know where to start. I wouldn't suggest this dump to anyone at all. Also don't ask about breaking your lease then they feel like your free game to treat like crap till you leave. If you do move in take pictures of everything so you have some kind of defense.
Terrible staff lied about things to tak me for watever they think your worth lost my housing thanks to the confusion and corruption there if i could go back i def would never have moved here period
