You couldn't pay me to live in the city of Highland Park again. I've grown quite attached to Southfield and with good reason. But the Gabriel Townhomes have always been beautiful and well maintained. The surrounding neighborhoods are not worth it though. If the owners of Gabriel would consider adding locations to some nice multiracial suburb(11Mile area of Southfield, Troy, Bingham Farms or even Farmington Hills) as a low rent apartment complex I have no doubt they'd gain many more tenants. The suburbs could use more decent AFFORDABLE(under $500/Month) Apartment rentals. This economy is still not quite where it should be contrary to popular belief. With rising living costs low income people are practically one paycheck away from living on the street. People want to live in safe neighborhoods as well as affordable ones.
