You will never get anything fixed here. You can never get a hold of anyone at the office. It's been through 3 management groups while I've been here. They hire lazy maintenance men who lie about even coming to your apartment, then if you get someone to come to your apartment, they tell you nothing's wrong. Even the office people will lie about sending someone out. They half-ass everything.
I would give it a negative star if I could. My suggestion is: Please do not live here!!!! The management team is horribly incompetent and frustrating. They lied to us in the very beginning about when the new gym/pool would open. Our sink is clogged, but they never bother to fix it although we have requested the maintenance service for many times. It has been more than 2 weeks since our first request. The sliding glass window in the bedroom has been broken for a long time. We requested the service for people to come in and have it fixed 2 months ago, but they never showed up. Now it's cold winter time, and the room is not livable because of the broken window. Still they don't seem to want to do anything about it. Again, from our experience, I would strongly suggest you avoid this apartment.
If I could rate my experience a negative star I would. I walked into the leasing office yesterday Sat Dec. 27. I was helped by a young man whose name I beleive was Aaron (not sure). He gave us (my husband and I) a sheet of paper with the rates and never explained anything. It turns out the rates depend on weather the unit is upadated or not ( I had to overhear another employee explaining this to another customer). As we asked questions and struggled to get half answers out of him, I asked if I could see a unit. He asked for our drivers licence ( I had to go get mine out of the car, because one id from my husband was not enough). He never asked if I wanted two bedroom or one bedroom, showed us a un-remodeled unit, so I asked if I could see a remodeled one. He said "Well, I guess we will have to go get a key, DOES THAT FIT INTO YOUR BUDGET?????? Why do you care if it fits into my budget or not? If a customer wants to see the units its because we more than probably can afford it! I was so angry at that point, I told him I didn't want to see an upgraded one anymore and that I wanted my id back. So, we had to walk all the way back to get our ids. Seriously for the price they are charging, I have no doubt you can find something better around the area. I feel sorry for the people who live there and deal with this attitude everyday. Thank god I was fortunate enough to not rent from here. Check out apartments owned by Griffis Residental, they treat customers with respect and work with you on your needs! Im sorry I even considered this location!
constant maintenence problems that take days an weeks to get fixed . heater constantly going out affecting the hot water an the heat . loud tenants at all times of night with no displinary action taken . water pressure low due to old lines an cable lines in wall are cut so any type of service to get cable takes multiple visits .
Constant heater problems , with excuses from,office on when how it eill be fixed . after 7 times still not working an still no answers . its slum lord conditions an the tenants here are just as atrocious . i highly recommend looking anywhere but here .
