This was the absolute worst place I've ever lived. The maintenance team entered my home without my permission on multiple occasions. They didn't leave work orders or notices that they had been in my house. The only way I knew is because things had been moved or doors would be open. I told them to stop entering my house because they would come in to fix my heat but not actually fix anything. After it was finally fixed while I was there I said never again. You need to call me before you come in my house next time. On average, every three weeks my heater was breaking down. When I asked them to call me first before they came in they ignored me of course, and would go in again and not fix anything. The situation was so bad that I went without heat for four months on my own terms to avoid feeling so unsafe. When summer came my a.c. was broken. What a surprise... When you need maintenance they make you call a hotline in Dallas, and they were the most unkind, cold hearted people I have ever spoken to in my life. Anyways, every time I called about my a.c. situation I told them "don't go in my house. " I even called the office and told them, "don't go in my house!" Not to my surprise, they entered my home without my permission MANY times, amd didn't fix the problem. When the manager Danielle FINALLY got back to me she said, "the maintenance person who entered your home will be put on disciplinary action." Who gives a sh*t?!? Give the guy a raise for all I care!!! Just DON'T COME IN MY HOUSE. It's not hard.. Air conditioning is NOT an emergency and doesn't give them the right to enter my home. Danielle admitted that to me many times. I wanted to take them to court over all the b.s. they put me through but that process is a losing battle. Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY from this pile of crap sprinkled with glitter. Read your reviews and find a decent place to live, cuz this is far from comfortable for anyone to call home. I moved out almost 5 months ago and I am still extremely bitter about my experience here.
This complex is the worst place I have ever had to deal with. We were told after we put down our deposit that our unit would be ready the Saturday we moved in at 11am. When we showed up to move in we walked into the apartment and they were still painting, the appliances were in the living room and the bathroom and kitchen were disgusting. When we returned to the office personnel he told us he walked that unit the day before and it was ready(I'm appalled if he thought that was clean and ready). He offered us an alternative unit, but when we looked at this one it was even worse. There was a giant warp in the floor right in front of the door my fiance almost tripped walking through the door. We were quite aggravated at this time being set back 2 hours from moving when we returned to Brandon the office personnel. We said we wanted a new unit whether it be a new remolded unit for the same price as we agreed for the unfinished one. He said he could't make that call and would have to call the property manager Adele(for 2 days he tried to call and text her and she did not answer him while we lived there). He let us move in our things in the mean time(while the maintenance man was still painting) without signing any lease and he would have it ready in two hours. We finally moved in at 6:00pm at night in the middle of winter. There was urine stains left all over the toilet and down to the floor, beard trimmings in the cabinets, moldy black dishwater in the dishwasher, chipped tile in the shower, grime and dirt on the shower floor, the shower curtain was falling off the wall, it smelled of paint, we had to crack a window just to breath fresh air while we slept. On Monday we finally got to speak with Adele around 5pm about the situation hoping she would fix it. Her solution to fixing the problem was offering us the alternative unit with the warped floor for a more expensive price than the original unit. We told her that was not good enough, and because we didn't want to sign the lease for 12 months she told us that we had to be out that night by 9pm. We told her we didn't have anywhere to go and she gave us the look that read "not my problem". She wouldn't even give us till the morning to figure something out. God forbid anything ever happens to you here they will show you no sympathy and try and nickel and dime you for everything! Horrible people!!!
ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE IN THE BUSINESS!!! #NegativeStar...First off, when I moved into the apartment it wasn’t even cleaned. There was molding in the shower and the floors were so dirty that I thought their permanent color was badge. I soon after found that the floor were actually white but they just hadn’t been clean prior to us moving in. Whomever stayed there before me still had clothes in the laundry room. Also during our stay there our vehicle was vandalized, and though that wasn’t anyone of administration’s fault, their consideration and lack of respect for my family and what we endured was ridiculous. There’s a leasing there who said, and I quote your vehicle and personally belonging are not our responsible and there’s nothing we can do about your situation. And when asked why the gates that are installed were never closed, she said that they are working to get them fixed. I want you all to know that they somehow managed to use that same excuse for at least 6 months of the year we were there. In fact the gates still aren’t closed majority of the time and I’m sure that if someone in the cooperate office were to do a pop up visit they would see this. The way that the leasing agent conduct themselves is beyond unacceptable and very apparent that they are only there to collect a check and could care less about that residents that spend their hard earned money to stay there. Also throughout our stay, maintenance occasionally conducted their routine jobs and always left notes on the door letting us know they were there, which I understand to be pretty standard. But what wasn’t usual was when I got locked out of my apartment, I called the office to ask someone of administration to let me in just to find out that they didn’t even have a spare key at all, which made it obvious that no maintenance had been done or would be done until I, THE RESIDENT, provided them with necessities that they, as a business, should have already had. I moved out around the 9th of September and since then I’ve had to contact this property on a numerous occasions in reference to my deposit check and every time I’ve contact them they gave me a different answer. According to them I should have received it about 3 weeks ago and when I finally decided to ask for the address it was sent to, I found they it had quote on quote been sent it to my apartment but without an apartment number. That is so ridiculous that it’s almost funny. It just shows how careless they really are in every aspect. I have never in my entire life stayed in a more unprofessional, unorganized, unaccountable apartment complex in my life. I asked both the manager and associate for the cooperate information. The associate transferred me to the manager to get it, and she stated that she didn’t have it and would contact me back with it. That too never happened and how an office doesn’t have their cooperate information baffles me. Dana is the only person in that entire office that halfway cared about the residents and I feel sorry for her because she’s only one person and unfortunately she can’t care enough for everyone else. She can’t be responsible for people. In closing, I hope that you take my concerns seriously and try to make improvements going forward for your future residents. I would never want anyone living there to feel the way I felt from the first day I stepped into that apartment. It’s very unfortunately to feel stuck in place you call home Sincerely a Very Unhappy EX-RESIDENT
DO NOT STAY HERE THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE, I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE THE OVERALL COMMUNITY IS A SCAM. THEY SPENT ALL THE MONEY TO MAKE THE POOL AND OFFICE LOOK GOOD BUT THEY WONT INVEST MONEY TO KEEP THE TRASH AND HIRE BETTER MAINTENANCE WORKERS. I HAD A WATER LEAK FROM MY UPSTAIRS APARTMENT THAT DID NOT GET FIXED FOR 6 MONTHS. THEY KEPT TELLING ME THE ROOF WAS LEAKING WHEN IT WAS MY UPSTAIRS NEIGHBORS DISHWASHER LEAKING INTO MY KITCHEN. I CALLED THE FRONT OFFICE TO GET IT FIXED ASAP AN THEY MADE ME CALL AN EMERGENCY NUMBER BEFORE GETTING SOMEONE OUT THERE. THEY CAME AND SAID THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM THEN A MONTH LATER IT WAS LEAKING AGAIN. SO WHEN THEY DID FINALLY LISTEN TO WHAT I SAID AND FIXED THE PROBLEM FROM MY NEIGHBORS DISHWASHER THEY DID NOT CLEAN UP ANY OF THE MESS THAT WAS CAUSED BY THE LEAK. CEILING TILE WAS BROWN FROM THE WATER, THERE WAS AN AIR POCKET OF WATER THAT HAD TO BE DRAINED THAT WAS LEFT LOOKING A MESS DOWN THE SIDE OF MY WALL AS WELL. THE COMMUNITY IS BAD, NO ONE PATROLS AT NIGHT OR DURING THE DAY. KIDS FROM THE SCHOOL COME INTO THE COMMUNITY ANYTIME THEY WANT TO SMOKE WEED AND NOTHING IS SAID TO THEM. AGAIN THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB FIXING UP THE OFFICE AND THE POOL AREA BUT EVERYONE THAT WORKS THERE ARE SHADY. DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE THEY TELL YOU THAT THIS PLACE IS AWESOME BECAUSE IT HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. IF I COULD SHOW YOU THE PICTURES OF WHAT I HAD TO LIVE IN YOU WOULD BE SHOCKED. PLEASE IF YOU HAVE ANY MORALS DO NOT LIVE HERE YOU WILL JUST BE STRESSING OUT FOR A YEAR UNTIL YOUR LEASE IS UP.
THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE! The management team is incompetent and they don't actually care about anything going on in the apartments. I have very loud neighbors and have complained for months and they do nothing about it. My toilet broke, flooded my bathroom, I called "emergency" maintenance and they showed up 2 days later!!! They raised the rent for all these updates, 1 year later I pay almost $1000 a month and none of the things they promised are done. To the point where they stopped "updating" us. I can not wait for my lease to be up so I can move!!!!
