Unprofessional and Unethical. Completing a rental application is a good way to risk losing $40.00 dollars. The rent they advertise is less expensive in price than other rental properties in the area but you will be compromising customer service and fairness in your application process. I can only I imagine that life as a tenant would be very frustrating. When you apply they act as if they do not care about you, and are not very helpful. Their attitude is that they have plenty of applicants so good luck... I had to come back several times and repeatedly requested that they fax my job the employment verification. Upon immediate receipt of my fax they called to tell me I was denied for lack of a rental history( I am staying with family because I just moved to the area) I have ten years of rental history prior to that which I did not have the opportunity to provide. The application was very misleading in that it did not specify exact requirements nor did marketing staff or management exercise due diligence to ensure my application was completed accurately. The property manager appears to use a system of approving applicants based on personal mood, preference, and opinion rather than a potential tenant's true eligibility.I am still skeptical about my application denial and will be filing for a formal complaint with the Equal Housing Opportunity Act because I do not believe that the manager's denial process is legitimate or fair (maybe she was just lazy and had enough names on the waiting list). I hope that this review was helpful

I like the price. The traffic is tough. The air conditioner has gone out twice and have had other negative instances such as ants. Although, these other instances are menial to the fact that there is not an emergency contact given to tenants from my understanding. When I attempted to call maintenance they route you to a call service agency after hours. The agency does not give you an emergency number, they do not inform you of when you will receive a call back. This puts you in a compromising position because you do not want to leave the windows open bc of safety. Like I said the price you cant beat, plus it is not in the city which is nice. I wish their services catered more to the tenants.

Leave here for 10 yrs, its been up and down service. When it snows, its take them forever to clean up just a common snow.
