There is nothing positive I can say about these apartments. The staff/management only cares if their residents are paying and they do not care who lives in these apartments either. There is only one staff member that I care for, but I have no idea if she is still there, because I do not go into the office and I try not to call them. First when I moved here I had to switch apartments because I had a neighbor that was being very loud and could have cared less that someone lived under her. When I told the manager I felt like she thought I was lying about the situation, but they moved me into another apartment. The new apartment that I moved into wasn't even better. I have loud neighbors around me and I'm on the THIRD floor. When I had a noise complaint about the neighbors on the second floor(some young girls fighting), the complex first asked me to go down stairs and find out which apartment number it was and I said no. The girls kept fighting and the noise did not stop so I ended up calling the cops and FINALLY the noise stop. I would not refer my worst enemy to these apartments and all I want to do is finish this lease and get the out. ( Also an FYI there is so much more I can say about these apartments, but there isn't enough time)
Tried leaving feedback before but it disappeared just like everything good about this place when you first move in. It seems nice at first but a week later you realized you made a mistake.
The worst place I have ever lived at. The office staff are friendly at first or when you are giving them money but after they don't care. When we first moved in Alyssa was great and everything was fine. After that, things went down hill. First, the office staff is rude and never calls you back. Recently my husband lost his job and we have had to move in with family. When I called to talk to somebody about the situation, no one answered the phone. I called about every other day to try and talk to someone and left multiple messages and never got a call back. Also, when moving we left my husband's family's cat at our apartment for one night just wile we moved in the big stuff since we were watching here for a few days. When my husband went to the apartment the next day to get a few more things, he called to tell me that somebody had been in the apartment and that the cat we were watching was gone. Second, making the payments online was always a pain. We would submit a payment and then get told we didn't pay so we had to show proof. Finally we paid $600 and 2 days later we get a note that we have to leave our apartment within 3 days. When I called to talk to them about it I got the phone hung up on me the first time and the second time the manager was snapping at me and giving me attitude saying that it is how things work there and if I dont like it I can leave. Finally, every time we sent in a maintenance request, we asked that nobody enter without either myself or my husband there. Not because we had anything to hide but because we didn't feel comfortable with people in our home without us. Yet, every time we came home somebody was there and left us a note saying everything was fixed All I can say is don't move here. I will be filing a complaint with the owner and am trying to spare anybody from having to go through any of this ridiculousness.
They care more about their balloons out front than their tenants and property. This place is the worst and should NOT be lived in. I hated living there. The staff is rude, the whole place stinks. Rent is to high for what you get. Nothing works. There are so many pests. Just keep looking. Dont move here.
The apartment lay outs are really nice. However the grounds of the apartment where messy often. And the hallways where trashy. When we moved in they told us one figure for rent and, charged us a completely different rate. The ladies in the office are rude and unprofessional... They find anything to charge you 70 extra bucks a month. Im glad we said good riddance.
