Please check yelp for my detailed review. Pros: Apartment accessibility, Gym, Covered parking, Closer Garbage Cans Cons: 1) No dead-bolt lock in the apartment. One guy tried to enter my apartment with his own key and my wife opened it from the inside immediately. When I called the leasing office, they assured me that the locks are changed. I have no confirmation of it other than their word(which was not credible few times). 2) Maintenance takes a long time to show up and do not finish the work in one visit. 3) No car care area. No AC, only heaters on the lower side of the wall to restrict your furniture placement. 4) They need a renter's insurance with personal property coverage of $40000. This shoots up your quote at any insurance company. If I decide to buy personal belongings worth $40000, I would have bought my own house. 5) Bad Attitude - I feel that this type of behavior is shown towards or reserved only to the Internationals. So I would recommend them to look at some place else where they will be treated fairly. And, if the application is getting delayed, management should let them go rather than blocking them from looking at any other place. An International in USA does not necessarily mean that he or she was raised in the Slums. There are really rich people in other countries too. Respect them to earn your respect. Value them to earn your value. 6) Deposit hungry - I feel they tried to make as much as out of me even when I had the documentation needed for whatever reason they charged me the deposit for. 7) Not sound proof. Average sound system even at half of its volume - it is audible outside. 8) Very narrow entrance.
I lived here a few years ago. the size of the company is big enough for good amenities, but small enough so that they can work with you on a personal level! The manager there has always been friendly to me. Also Issaquah is just a great place :)
