I need a new roommate.

My roommate moved out on July 14th and I'm looking for someone to move into one room of a two room appartment. The appartment is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked.

The room is 12' x 11' with a good sized closet.

My current roommate is going to move out on July 15th and rent for the month will be pro rated from your move in day. The bedroom is empty and can easily fit a queen sized bed, dresser, and desk. The appartment is within walking distance of downtown, the university campus, and a grocery store. Utilities usually stay under $60 per month per person.

The landlord is hoping to sign a 1 year lease.
