My husband and I have been living at 15 Bank St since April, while our townhouse is being built. I love the building and the people that run it. The building is modern and clean and in close proximity of lots of restaurants, the library and the train!!! The Bronx River Trail is also around the corner, so ... when I need a break from urban life, I can quickly get onto a nature trail without having to get in a car. The cardio equipment is modern and the outdoor spaces are nice for cooking out and grabbing a meal outside the apartment. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to throw events to help people socialize. I highly recommend 15 Bank St.
Have lived here for 4 years and LOVE IT! The staff are GREAT, ALL OF THEM! The concierge crew, the maintenance guys, everyone. Take a look at where you live, there is value here compared to other places. If you consider the amenities....it is a GREAT DEAL!
We have been here for 4 years and are extremely happy with all aspects of living here. From the management company (Bozzuto) to the concierge and maintenance staff, they are all very courteous and professional. We have made many friends here as it is more like a community than an apartment complex. We look forward to summer when we can enjoy the outdoor areas and pool
Staff is terrible and the most unhelpful, they will bill you for opening their mouth and guess what if you park your car for 2 days there is no guarantee that you will find it 3rd day, because management will get it towed without checking with you. EVEN IF THE PARKING TAG IS ON THE CAR. Then they will ask you for money to release the car for which you are paying parking fee every month!! and tell on your face you are lying and you are parking car unlawfully - confusing right? yes for us too. Their property manager will act as queen and speak foul language and bully you for just asking her where your car is how you can get it back. Totally incompetent. Either she is going on a break or coming from a break and getting into a meeting. Even the CEO of any company isnt that busy to avoid you. Esp. when you can see there is no soul in this world who wants to meet her. Concierge is always out on a "break" and lo and behold if you even ask him to open the door because you forgot access key, he will act as if its the biggest favor he is doing by pressing the button.
We moved to bank street less than a week ago, here are the pros and cons... Pros: Indoor pool, next door metro-north station, spacious apartment, valet parking and BBQ grills. Cons: Dishwasher is not in working condition (makes horrible noises), we are still unable to check our mail because keys provided to us for the mailbox by the management wont work, gym is below average for a modern building, kitchen counter corner is chipped and we are told to live with it for the duration of our lease as we will not be charged anything when we leave, how ridiculous, seriously. Traffic near the train station will drive you crazy the day you will open the windows, constant honking is extremely annoying.
