4-13-16: I've now lived here for over 5 yrs. I guess the first management company spoiled me because they were fantastic, although they were also under different owners at that time. In the last few years, since Basham Prop. has owned it, it has gone downhill, mainly due to rude unprofessional cheap management that could care less who lived there much less care about what anyone thought about it. Well, I spoke my mine on their facebook page and had my run-ins with them. I was not gonna re-new my lease another term until the NEW management showed up. They have only been hear about a month and I can already see a change. I'm here to tell you, there is a HUGE difference. The office staff is friendly. The pool is clean and it STAYS clean. Security actually patrols the grounds at unexpected times. No more teenagers swimming at 2am in the morning and doing obscene things in the pool. No junk allowed on balcony's or patios. They are enforcing the rules which keeps the whole property more respectful and courteous. It has become a nice place to live again. Just my 2 cents.
worst apartment to live in the mangers won't help for SH**! i don't recommend anyone to live here and also don't allow pets under the age of 1 wow are you kidding me and on therir so called crappy policy it says they change "carpets" trust me they don't they just clean them!! These people are not even professional !! they need new staff members or a new company that can represent these apartments! so sad!
Good so far. Just moved in but so far the staff has been excellent. Promptly took care of the initial issues and made multiple follow up calls to make sure everything was done. We also noticed that the staff is nice to each other. Seems like it should always be that way but rarely is that the case. When they are nice to each other, they are nicer with you. Just works that way. So far so good and I look forward to seeing how things are round the 6th month. For those who are concerned about golf balls...you're living next to a golf course. It's a trade off:)😀
Well, I have to say that I am now leaving, although I have decided to not finish my contract; therefore, I have decided to pay the reletting fee and vacate to return home. The staff are very friendly and I will miss their great and professional customer service; the way they follow up to you whenever a work order has been completed...who else does this?! I long for my home town, I just wanted to move here to try a change in the scenery. I have really enjoyed my apartment, I really dig the layout, but the only downfall about the unit is that is has no view, which made my longing for home a little more stronger. I know that this staff runs this office as a business, but I think they pinch pennies a little tightly. but I'd stay again, although on the opposite side. I didn't enjoy having to hear the bouncing of a basketball on a daily basis (very early morning and late into the night), but overall, this complex is lovely! The complex has 2 sides to where you may live and enter the complex. I moved to the side that contains a basketball court. The other downfall that I noticed is that the side that I moved on where the basketball court is located was a big worry and I felt like I was unable to enjoy my stay here, but everything else was lovely, I enjoyed the fact that this complex is kind of out in the country; I saw one snake too many, more than I am used to, but whew! I got through it. This complex gave me a change to break free from the over-polluted city life. I'll say that this complex is a four star stay!
Management and Maintence staff are very helpful. Holly and Cierra in the office are awesome. Neighbors are cool, nights are quiet. I really have zero complaints. Just an FYI though, dont park in covered parking if you are NOT assigned one or park in handicapped without a placard. I've stood on my patio and watched them tow cars.. Other than that 5 stars!
