My girlfriend. We saw the apartments, liked them and applied. The Leasing Agent was very nice and informative. We visited other apartments but she ended up here. So far no complaints. The are pet friendly and have a lake. There is a lot of "yard area" for us to walk our pet and relax. The application process was very fast and easy. She was asked for some documentation, sent all that was needed right away and got her answer by the next day.
Warning Do Not Live Here. Do Not Live Here. this is worst place I have ever lived, the management is horrible and the maintence is useless. They raise rent every few months, the grounds are not taken care of. There are bugs everywhere and the people are loud. Loud music fighting and people yelling all the time. This is a warning. Don't try it. U will not be pleased.
I have been living here for almost a year. Before the new management this place was a joke. The price was right so I leased. I was so close to not renewing, but since the new management, things have been getting so much better. I can tell that people don't like change, but I embrace it and apreciate the fact that they are making the property look so much nice and cleaner. They are actually sticking to rules and regulations. The patios are looking clean, there is no more "abandoned" cars looking like a junk yard. And the girls at the office are so much nicer. They actually go above and beyond and help the resident out. I havent had many issues but everytime I need something Denie is always there to help me and answer all of my questions. Thank you guys, now I few that I can actually invite my friends over and not be embarrassed of my apartment complex. Plus, there is a lake! :)
Love this place and the staff. I placed a work order this morning, and it was already completed. Office ladies are professional. This neighborhood is great. I am an outside person so I am always walking around the lake and the trails. Renewing for another year. Thanks guys!
On Friday, March 11, 2016, at 8:48PM, I called the emergency number to report that my air conditioner was not functional. The maintenance person informed me that he would stop by the following morning, but he did not. On Saturday, March 12, 2016, at 2:40PM, I again called the emergency number and asked the maintenance person if he was going to come by. He told me that he had added Freon to the AC unit in the morning. I proceeded to test the AC unit, only to find out that it was still not functional. I re-called the maintenance person and was told that he would be on his way. When he arrived, he began to troubleshoot the system. After approximately 1 hour, I was told that there was some bad news; the air compressor was not functional and the AC system would not be fixed until Monday. I was also told that here were no window AC units available because they were all being used in other apartments that also had air conditioning problems. At this point, the indoor temperature was 80F. I told the maintenance person that it was unacceptable and that this was the second occurrence where I would be without air conditioning during the weekend. The previous occurrence was on December 2015 (approximately 3 months ago). The maintenance person said he would contact his manager and also look to see if AC window units were available at other apartment complexes. I asked him to contact me to let me know and he agreed. It is now 9:39pm and I have yet to be contacted. I left a voicemail on the emergency number but have yet to receive a response. Currently, it is 80F in my apartment. Furthermore, I am not able to cook, as it would further increase the indoor temperature. To say this is an inconvenience is an understatement. And for me to feel as though there is no available solution to this problem is frustrating. Needless to mention, I will Not be renewing my lease. I will also be reporting this to the online community and to the local television station.
