I have been living in these apartments since june, things were fine for a while, but between all the issues at the hot tub causing it to close early, the lack of parking, the awful management, my car being broken into and vandalized, the apartment employees and management that dont care, and all the sketchy people running around the area, i wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Moving to this complex was one of the worst housing decisions i have ever made.
They have a limited amount of garbage dumpsters, the buildings split the cost evenly. ..even when assholes dump mattresses and big screen tv's. ...which raises the bill. We have lived here for monthes now a d the main gate wich has keycard access has been broken since we moved in. There is a major water leak outside our build from the pipeline directly after the main meter, been leaking for weeks now, not looking forward to our buildings shared water bill! There is never ever any parking!!
I live here and I'll tell ya that the parking here is TERRIBLE!!! Kids run around in dimly litted areas at night, the spa is constantly down, have had my car broken into, my apartment broken into and just tonight, I had a rock thrown through my window by some punk teenager.... I'll tell ya, if they don't do something, Im getting out of my least...... I lived here three years ago and it was fine....... The grounds here are water logged, as if there's either a broken pipe underground or there's no drainage system.... Apartments are terrible due to poor cabinets and beater bathtubs..... Carpets are old as hell.... They may be one of the cheapest apartments in the Lynnwood area, but I'd rather put my money into something far safer and updated...... Shame on you A'Capella.... I question myself as to why I even live here
After some months of living here I got really upset about them, there is never parking, there is a lot of vandalism, and rent is kind of expensive.
DON'T MOVE HERE! It's a trap! Let's start with parking, it's horrendous! Only compact parking, no assigned spots, and lots of people who live here have more than one vehicle, so finding a spot anywhere near your apartment is a joke even during the day sometimes, and after work hours it's nearly impossible, you'll have to park on the street where there's no security. At least $40 extra/mo for a carport that's even smaller than the uncovered spots, at least $100/mo for a tiny garage but good luck there's only a couple and a never ending wait list. Landscaping... you get the pleasure of being woken up in the early morning at least 2-3 times a week by leafblowers, lawnmowers, and streetsweepers.. why they start so early, I have no clue, but I'm at the point of going out there and smashing their blower with an axe, most worthless invention ever! The owners here seem more concerned with image rather than their tenants satisfaction so good luck complaining about anything. These two things may seem minor at first, but after you've been here a couple months they become the most annoying part of your life. I made the mistake of overlooking the parking issue and it haunts me to this day, go somewhere with at least ONE assigned spot for you, it's worth it!
