The Phoenician is a beautiful, clean and quiet community! The leasing staff there is welcoming, friendly and professional. The property has wonderful amenities and is in a fantastic location, close to shopping and fabulous restaurants! From the amenities, to the staff to the community as a whole, I would recommend living at The Phoenician!
we have lived here for just on a year and resigned for another year because it is a pleasant place to live. the management here are so sweet and always eager to help as much as possible. maintenance is always on the ball and fixes anything within 24 to 48 hours. yes people will always xonplain about noise but magment also understands we live so close to each other and its common sense there is noise. if you are looking for a resonable place to live with great management and maintance, safe, clean, and friendly then come live here!
I have only been here 2 months, but I love it. Management is very responsive and it is just beautiful here. Regarding the previous review, i would love to know more about the neighorhood watch program here, I have never seen any flyers about it. Please provide a way to join.
We are currently a tenant in the Phoenician apartment complex and have loved living in this quiet community for about 3 years now. However, we have had a minimum of 7 break ins or attempted break ins in the last week. Several of tenants are banding together to try to catch the scum bags who are terrorizing our community. The property mangers have been informed about this issue. We believe the people who are casing our residence drive an old black Honda accord with a damaged fender. Please keep your eyes open for these guys as they have been seen on all floors, as if looking for open doors. If you have seen these guys, please feel free to message me to share your information. We and to be added to the contact list of our neighborhood watch list. This would be 5 STAR if this place was secure as it is sold to be.
First off, this place is absolutely ridiculous about their rules. They tow with absolutely no warning, even if the vehicle has a pass to park there, the vehicle has to be registered with management. Most places will give a warning notice. They love to tow because they make money from it. You can only use the guest spots four times. You can only have COMPLEX APPROVED blinds, no sheets or anything else to block the sun, so if you really want to keep that sun from coming in, be ready to fork over some good money. You pay over 100k for most of the places here and they won't let you do a damn thing to it. They will make you take down ANY decorations for holidays, so don't expect being allowed to "be in the spirits". Everything has to be perfectly uniform. I know a lot of places like that, except they normally exist in China, Russia, and North Korea, A.K.A. under communist rule. No noise after nine, period, and I'm not talking a raving party, I'm talking just speaking above normal tone. If somebody says anything, no matter what the circumstances, you're at fault. The gym has an elliptical, treadmill, and a couple cable machines, when the 24hr fitness is not but 2.5mi away. I don't think that amenity justifies what you're paying. Tiny club house, two small pools (the big one is only 4ft.), two small jacuzzis and one near the other, 5ft. pool. Additionally, YOU have to live here, you cannot, under any circumstances, allow anybody else to live here for more than a month. And definitely no renting out! For how much is paid for the complexes, the amenities are laughable, the places aren't that big, and the garages can hardly fit a mid-size SUV, so if you have full-size or anything over a 2" lift, you're SOL. You can't have anything on the balcony except maybe a chair and plants. If somebody just plain doesn't like you in here for any reason, you will get a citation every week for absolutely trivial things, and the citations are VERY expensive, $200 & up, and trust me, there are a LOT of things you can get citations for, things you would have probably never even imagined. You pay an exorbitant amount of money and have control over NOTHING, management will be constantly watching over your shoulder, waiting to find something you do that they can make a quick buck on. I am considering moving as soon as I can gather the resources and find the time to do so.
