Alix the Leasing agent is racist. They are slum lords who do things illegally. Maintenance goes into people's apt while they are not home claiming to be "fixing" something with no tool bag. He also leaves lights on and doors unlocked. They try to get your money by adding fees that change month to month. They also evict you if you are 5 days late. And when they do evict you they take you to court and don't tell you. and don't give you any notices and will refuse to tell you anything. They started the eviction process and I never got a summons for court. Alix is very unprofessional and loves to get smart with people. She also sleeps with the maintenance man and lives on the property. And when you make a complaint about maintenance she makes excuses for him. As she does for everything. She is trash.
