Social distancing (6 feet apart) is required; we will meet you at the building and will stand outside the rental unit with the door open while you view the unit. We are limiting the number in the party to 2 people per showing, please have children remain supervised in your vehicle for safety reasons

3) Favorable references from current & prior Landlords
4) Criminal background will be checked
5) Proper ID, bank statement & latest month's pay stub
