Do not rent here. The only and biggest regret, blunder, mistake of my life! What's wrong, 1 I can tell you what isn't, is the deals and easy process to get a lease signed.. That is the best and easiest. The rest is a painful process of living there. From key fobs not working, getting replaced 6 times and still not working, to maintainance of the apartment, struggle.
Key points to take when considering .. - if you have a car it will either be stolen, broken into, or towed ... or like me, all three! - community director will be rude and condescending since she probably hears complaints all day long and is trained to ignore everything you say - walls are thin and things break often, expect anything you report to be charged at move out - they will up your rent 9-10% since they would rather you leave than stay - expect some form of violence, I had a stabbing outside my building the P building (find a deal on the website, there’s a reason it’s cheaper) -utilities added to your rent will be over $80 each month due to the fountains and "upkeep" of community, expect utilities even if on vacation and not home - packages won't be delivered, they won’t get past the gate and if they do, they will probably get stolen from in front of your door step, the leasing office does not accept large packages - there's pretty girls in the front office
Newly designed apartments are nice looking but seriously flawed when you actually move in. We lived downstairs and heard EVERY step our upstairs neighbors took. We could even hear their cats bouncing around - not to mention music, arguments, sex, etc. There is also almost no guest parking! If you want to have your kids or family come for a visit. It is almost a 100% guarantee that they will have to park in one of the surrounding neighborhoods - blocks away. Even short term parking in a resident's spot is towed very fast. We gave up trying to host any kind of event at our apartment. Finally, maintenance is poor. TV's in the fitness room have been "in the process of repair" for months. Fobs to the pool or fitness area stop working just weeks after being replaced for the third or fourth time. When you move out they will try to charge you to repaint the entire apartment even if you just have a few small nail holes that have been patched. We moved as soon as the lease was up and are so much happier in our new place.
Gotta go with the modified one, those all white's one look like craps
