This is a very nice complex. Everything is really upfront. Any time I am in contact with staff/ managers they are not only nice but really sweet. I get a lot of packages and they are always great. repairs are easy and impressive. I cannot imagine these people being anything but kind. The valet trash is perfect, the dogs in the area are all very well behaved. It has a pond/lake? that is pretty and the community seems to have a homey feel. Even when I get in super late I never have a problem feeling safe. And you can walk to so many stores! Thank you to the apartment employees and management for making me feel at home from the time I stepped foot on property.
I've been living in these apartments for about 2 months and so far I really like it! The area is very quiet and very well kept as far as the property is concerned. I'm glad trash pickup is available becuase there is only dumpster on property and it's pretty far from where we stay. Any concerns I've had have been addressed rather quickly for the most part. The best part about the property in my opinion is the pond out back. My son loves to feed the turtles and fish, so it's perfect for him.
If you are thinking of living here, I urge you take your hard earned money elsewhere. Trash. Everywhere. All the time. It's sad enough that they charge you 35$ a month for a non-optional VALET trash service fee. What's worse, is that the service is never performed. Rarely, if at all. I have tested this many times, by leaving the trash outside my door in the designated spot at the designated times. That trash will sit there for 4-5 days, and kids and animals start getting into it and making a mess. The only reason it makes it to the compactor at all is because I get sick of looking at it or it smells so badly that I give up and take it myself. The staff is extremely unprofessional and hardly qualified or adept enough to perform their responsibilities. The gates malfunction on a regular basis. The parking is a joke. Want to find an unmarked spot near your apartment? Good luck finding something on your side of the complex. If you want a covered spot, it'll cost you an additional 20$ a month, and you'll be lucky if they assign you one near your building. Unless they assign you someone else's space, which is what happened to me. I'm sure you can imagine how that played out. It's a miracle no one was towed. The apartments themselves are very small, overpriced, and never properly cleaned or ready for move-in. I had to walk-through my apartment on 3 separate occasions before they had gotten it right and I was willing to approve it. The only reason I signed the lease was for the location. If you're like me and hate to commute very far to work, trust me when I say traffic wouldn't be any worse than living here. Living here and dealing with this staff has been by far the worst rental experience of my entire life. There are no exaggerations here, only a sincere attempt to prevent anyone else the trouble of renting at Towne Crossing Apartments. Do not give these people your business, because they plain just don't deserve it and fail to live up to their own hype.
Initially never had a problem while I lived there, moving out was a whole different story. they are charging me a crazy amount to replace carpet that had nothing wrong with it. It could use a carpet cleaning that's it. No rips, stains ect. They said I had an unauthorized animal as well. That must be my children they are referring to as I didn't have any pets. They are charging me for replacing walls. No holes, my kids did draw on the wall and because the complex uses cheap flat paint, and crayon isn't easy to remove from the walls without taking the paint off. A lady in the office even said don't worry about the walls, that they will be re painted and they are upgrading to gloss paint. So I suggest if you move there, take lots of pics so they don't try to empty your pockets dry when you leave and leave a bad report for the next place you live.
I love it over here it's peaceful and quite frankly I will resign the lease again if that what my mate want to do
