I have been here since August and have paid out over a grand in electricity! Idk or understand how that could be possible since I'm never home nor my roommate. Almost everything stays unplugged or turned off. Will not be staying too much longer and will likely have to break my lease bc I'm afraid to even turn my heat on due to the prices of electricity!! The community itself is nice and I love my apartment. The staff is helpful and polite. The only other complaints I have are parking and my neighbors whom I've called the police on numerous times due to the amount of noise they make from beating on each other.
Just moved in about six months ago and I really do enjoy living here but the one problem is the Electric and Gas. It has gone from 40 dollars a month for the same usage to 120 a month. I also asked about this prior to leasing and was dismissed by the agent without a real answer. The complex is decent but I've seen broken windows go unfixed and some other odds and ends but overall it's a decent place to live but the hidden fees have made it more stressful.
Nice place, kinda pricey but comfortable. Parking is a nightmare though. If you're not there by early evening, plan on parking on the street. It's embarrassing for such an " up scale" apartment home complex to have such inadequate parking for the people paying to live there.
The apt is nice but the electric bill is outrageous for 1 person. In over 6 years of renting from diff. apartments across the USA my electric has never been close to $100 let alone over it. In just 1 month of living here my electric is over $100 and thats just for 1 month. That's almost tipple what I paid in Westminster right before moving. I'm thinking its due to inefficient AC since thats the biggest thing I run, though I run it just as much as I have everywhere else. Then there's the mailboxes, but luckily mine isn't one that's damaged. As far as noise though, I have to hand it to this place. I either got a really good spot or this place is a quite neighborhood as I haven't had any noise after dark, except for people honking their horns 3,4,6,10 times in a row for the fun of it. That only happens before 11pm though. You can hear the neighbors through the walls but mine never seem to make noise after dark, so I hardly know they're there. Smokers do exist here but not many since they banned smoking. I've seen 2 in the last month. So if you dont mind huge electric bills this is a nice place. Just beware that most residents I've seen are Spanish, so you'll either fit right in or wonder what your neighbors are talking about (its fun waiting for someone to say hola or uno just so you can say you understood something).
So far, so GREAT! We haven't had a bad experiance, we just moved in last weekend and everyone in the office is SO helpful!
