THEY DO NOT CARE EDIT: Notice all these 5-star reviews and when they were posted? Management emailed everyone offering prizes if they would come on here and write reviews. Since I moved in, I have constantly had management slipping in little extra fees that were not discussed up front. My bike was stolen from the property and when I reported it they said "Oh, that's terrible. I wish someone had seen it. Is there anything else?" and moved on. They said they would file a report but they did not. I am incredibly unhappy with this complex. I wish I had not moved here. I would move now, except they require two months' rent plus $1500 to end a contract early. Save yourself the trouble and do not move here!
When my boyfriend and I came in for a tour we immediately fell in love and signed our lease a week later. We enjoy our bike rides to the nearby park and pond and all the surrounding attractions. Although, as soon as we moved in and did our walk through we noticed both the screens on the bedroom window and the sliding glass door had been bent as if someone had broken in, and the bedroom door has a huge hole in it. Dude came out to look at it and tells us they were going to replace these things... Well three months later and haven't heard a damn thing about it. Also the light in the hot tub is out and it has been since be moved in but that's not a deal breaker. The office staff has always been nice to us, I especially like Stephanie. I also like the fact that they spray for bugs once a week and it is included in the rent. I'm not a bug person at all and so I'm happy. This apartment complex is very beautiful and maintained. We like to call it a staycation, because its like living in a resort.
After being told that full size breeds and other dogs are allowed I bought a female blue nose pit bull she is very nice loving not aggressive at all they send an email saying that they don't accept aggressive breeds and told us to get rid of our baby after having her 4 months I wouldn't move into these apartments they look nice but we have been waiting for maintenance to replace our bulbs for 2months it's took the 3day to fix my front door which didn't lock management is horrible besides the up keep on the grounds I would recommend you look into other apts to live ...... I WILL NOT RENEW MY LEASE the ppl that rated them 5stars only did it because they offer prizes if you give them a good review biased as hell I don't even want to give this sorry ass complex one star
We really love living here. Great staff, lovely grounds and good neighbors. I feel safe walking my dog in the evenings. And of course there's the hot tub! - 5 stars
I am a well-paid, single resident. I currently live here. I could have chosen to pay my entire contract up front in cash. I tell you this, so that you know I am not writing this review from a place of spite or after they had done something to me. I am being objective. The management team, especially Stephanie, are very mercenary. They will flirt, connive, coerce, and charm to get you to sign. Once you have, they are incredibly punitive in their contracts. They nickel-and-dime you with half a dozen extra charges, both on signing day and throughout your contract. If you are transferred for work in the middle of the contract, they insist you finish out the contract or charge you exorbitant fees, despite the fact that they earn more by flipping apartments than by maintaining long-term renters. The atmosphere is one of fear. Everyone is terrified of fees and fines that management levees at will. There is no grace period for rent due--you pay on the 1st, or you'll be fined almost 10% per day. Additionally, they will happily evict you with almost no notice. There are three groups you should avoid doing business with. Cox Internet, the Mafia, and the Residences at Stadium Village.
