The townhouse is located on the east side of Costa Mesa. It's a private master bedroom-unfurnished with a shared bathroom. Huge closet!!!

We are within walking distance to bars, shops, gyms and restaurants such as Plums Cafe, Sidecar, Banzai Bowl, Susie Cakes, Pit-Fire, Wild Goose and Keans.

There is a garage for storage and tons of parking. There is an in-unit washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. Living-room and dining-room are furnished. There is a backyard with a small patio area.

Cable, internet, gas, electricity and monthly house cleaner are about $100 per person and it's all set up. Water and trash pick-up are included.
