I LOVED my apartment at Eight Towncenter, it was the most perfect thing ever! Great space, great neighbors, quiet, great location (slightly)! I signed a 6 month lease and I'm SUPER glad I did. Management changed while I was there but I had a problem with CARPENTER ANTS. Management had people come spray my apartment but it kept getting worse. They set traps and it didn't help! They were coming through the walls. It was sooooo bad that I would have to vacuum my daughters room EVERYDAY and by the end of the next day there was 70 on her carpet. She would not even go in her room anymore. Management didn't do anything but offer to not increase my rent if I resigned a lease with them......YEAH RIGHT. I probably would never move back or refer anyone unless I was offered a month free rent and all application fees waived, which would never happen but that's how much faith I don't have in this complex....it sucks because they are cute apartments.

I have lived here for 3 years and will renew my lease this month for another year. I love it here! The grounds are clean and neat, when I have a maintenance issue they are usually at my door the same day I call, and fix things in a timely manner. The staff have always be nice and helpful when I need something. I would definitely recommend Eight Towncenter!

Rat droppings were found days after move in. Reported to management, told someone would be coming to take care of it. No one came. Called again, same response. Called home office in seattle, then got a call later that day saying they would have someone there that afternoon. So far, pretty terrible experience.

Poor experience. Property has gone unkept since being listed for sale. Once new ownership takes over and replaces current staff things should change. Certain things just shouldn't happen at a property, such as maintenance charging under the table for routine repairs (yes, that happens, just ask them about it) or the "security" that was supposed to have been hired after the break ins (the only thing that happened was the rent drop box was removed, as to not risk their property, only ours). Hopefully change is on the horizon.

Kind of run down since the change in management. The details just aren't paid attention to such as property appearance. Small kitchen space and outdated appliances as well. Pretty good location, really close to 205 and the airport. Staff constantly changing, never know whose coming or going without any real security. Overall, it's just okay!
