Our floor plans are very spacious consisting of 900 square feet of living space (2 bedroom/1 bath). Here at the Sage Stone Apartments we offer some great features inside and out of the apartment:
Interior Features: central air and ceiling fans for those hot summers, a gas fireplace for those chilly winters, a fully equipped kitchen area, washer and dryer hookups and plenty of large closets for storage.
Exterior Features: 3 sparkling swimming pools and 2 spas, 2 tennis courts, 3 laundry rooms and a state of the art fitness center. We are conveniently located to shopping, dining and entertainment.
We currently have great prices running but since supplies our running low
compared to demand I can't promise they will last much longer!

Our community is pet friendly! We allow cats and dogs (some breed restrictions apply). We do ask for a pet deposit and monthly pet rent of only $20/month.
