Affordable rates at a great, convenient location! Apartment homes and townhomes are aesthetically pleasing and spacious. The comfortable location provides residents with a private, tranquil environment to call home. Easy access to major highways I-85 and 285. I visited this property yesterday looking for a 2 br 2b or 1br 1b and and young lady name Jessica was very nice and convincing for me to move in. She wanted all my info then but my plan was to view the property and then turn in my credentials the next day. This morning I prceeded to do so and I was greeted by the manager of the property Ms. Burns. 1st her demeanor was standoffish and non approachable which made me not want to speak with her. I asked for Jessica and Ms. Bruns says she wasnt there and wouldn't be back but if you wanted help I could help you. Mind you in an unpleasant voice. I hesitated to sit down but I really liked the property. As I sat down she explained something totally different than what Jessica told be. I proceed to hand her the info that I needed to start the process then she asked for a bank statement. She treated me as if I fidnt havr a job at all. yhis lasy should be in a different field of work xause she was far from nice and inviting. I wouldn't deal with her for 1 month yet alone 12 months. She just chased away a good tenant ans probably others. I wouldnt recommend this property if you dont like nast attitudes.

Was actually going to lease from this place Until they sold the apartment we applied for and instead of saying that, they come up with some bogus lie forgetting that they told me something completely different 2 days before... Anyways. The only apt they had to show was a upgraded/renovated but I was trying to move into a classic style apt. They told me they day I applied and was approved that the apt would be ready to view Friday and ready to move in Monday. Of course Friday comes and now the apt needs an additional week of work even though they had the keys all week.. So i can't see the classic style apt but they want me to pay for the apt today. And of course if by next week when the apt is available I don't like it, I can't get my money back! Who in their right mind would pay 400+ on something they haven't seen?? But because I really wanted the special they had I was going to do it anyways. So I started asking the leasing agent questions just to get clarity. Like When would everything get fixed if I can't see the apt until move in? Before the leasing agent could get her lie out the leasing manager pops out of no where and was like " we don't want your money then... If the apt becomes available then we'll call you! " and makes the leasing agent give me back my money orders.. As I'm leaving the apt complex I run into an old high school friend who lives in the neighborhood. According to her the leasing manager did me a favor! My friends apt is infested with roaches and bed bugs. None of the stuff she asked to be fixed in her initial walk through has been fixed properly! She has mold growing under all her cabinets and closets. Apparently the leasing manager is known for her nasty attitude. So thank you for doing both of us that favor and not taking my money!

1. Front of door is just dirt to both sides no grass or bushes nothing! which causes my car and its rims to get muddy every single time it rains. 2. Heater doesn't work properly it sets off the fire alarm every time it comes on automatically (not when first turned on but every time while on automatic!) 3. Cockroach infestation no matter what I do to exterminate them (clean multiple times a day, take out trash every night, buy and spread my own insecticides, sweep and make sure NO food is left for them! ).. they have "pest control" come by when you ask for it but I'm almost 90% sure all they spray is water or at least thats what it seems like because the roaches laugh at night whenever they would come by. 4. I think for me the slap in the face is the fact that when I was looking to rent this place the ladies in the office were so nice and attentive and promised to fix everything that I ask for promptly but as soon as I signed the contract they were no longer interested in my apartments problems!.. I always try to see the good in people and although I know that's naive thats just how I am.. I'm beyond disappointed with this place and it's management it has such potential to be a beautiful place to live but its cut short by the stuff.
