Sublet Jan 1 - August 10, 2017: I am graduating in December and looking to sublease my great apartment at Audubon Manor on University Blvd. 1/1 unfurnished with a full kitchen. Huge closet and a bonus coat closet. Large bedroom and a full bath. Great parking right outside the door with onsite laundry in the complex. Very close to all the downtown restaurants and bars and the Strip. Walk to your classes and avoid the campus parking issue. No pets and you will need to sign a new lease and pass a credit check with the property management company Weaver Rentals. My current rent is $575 but as an incentive I will continue to pay the water bill for the balance of the lease and give you a $250 gift card once the lease is signed and approved. Available Jan 1 but I am out 12/15 so if the management approved you get to move in 2 weeks early and not pay until January.
