I love my apartment! I stay on the 1st floor in a large studio, and don't have any issues with loud noises or bumps from the neighbors above. It's a very quiet and reserved complex! Also the staff is amazing, especially Megan, the assistant manager. She will always do whatever she can to make sure you are taken care of! Anytime I have an issue it is taken care of quickly, and they are just all around nice people. Also location wise, you can't go wrong; I stay about 6 minutes away from the 2 major highways, and Hurricane Harbor is right up the street! Lastly they took my German Shepard-Lab, and I had been looking all over Arlington. If you want some where amazing come here!
I've lived at this complex once before this time and it was okay but with the new management and updates this complex is amazing. The amenities are amazing and I absolutely love the indoor pool. Maintenance is always prompt and clean. I wish I could stay another term but I have to move closer to work.
Since the day we moved in there have been so many problems. Pizza guys were getting robbed. There is a big drug problem and its not safe. There were numerous fights at the pool and people with guns. The courtesy officer drove up to us one day walking our dog and told us there is a loose gun men in our apartment and we should probably go back inside, the apartment was made aware of this and NEVER did we receive any emails that we should stay in doors or what was even going on. They let anyone into this complex and you vehicle is not safe. Its very dangerous and you will not be comfortable living here. I told all of these things to the "new manager" and it wasn't that big of a deal to her. IF she doesn't care about these issues, what makes you think shes going to care about any of yours?? Just a thought.
My wife and I have lived here for about a year and we really enjoy it. The staff has been very quick to fix any technical issues in our apartment. The grounds always look nice, there is a really nice indoor and outdoor pool, and the gym is pretty nice as well - although it could use some improvements (like AC). Overall the tenants are really nice and considerate. My biggest complaint is that the machine that sells washer/dryer cards is located in the main office, so it is only open during business hours. All that said it is a great place and we plan on renewing our lease.
9/5: This is a placeholder review. The staff member who convinced me and took care of my papers was Ashely and lives at the complex. She has a great personality and was great to work with and instilled a bit of confidence in making this my first apartment lease. I'm slightly disappointed by the price ($912) because, well, it's Arlington, and there's some way cooler strategic locations I've visited in Dallas and Fort Worth for a mere 50-70 more. But, the landscape is awesome, and the view at the already beautiful pool areas is absolutely AMAZING, plus a 3 mile drive to work when manning a compact suv that drinks premium at 17 per gallon city is extremely strategic. I'm an Arkansas native and love my mountains, which led to me actually picking this complex due to the rather steep terrain and aged forest surrounding the complex. I'll post follow ups as the months roll. My move in begins the 18th. 10/3: So far, so good. Apartment interior is very nice, though I can tell the construction crew rushed a bit on the apartment updates. Noise isn't too bad aside from the occasional douchebag jamming his fat beats in his sick whip at 3 in the morning (and on a weekday, naturally). My neighbors are pretty quiet, though I can hear the guy walking around upstairs, but that's not unexpected and I was already accustomed to it from home. My only complaint is that there's a bit of ambiguity as I'm still unsure of things here and there. I wasn't really given information on hanging things in the apartment or how the laundry system worked up front, but on the flip side they'll answer any questions I have. Overall I feel safe in this community; it's definitely not the ghetto, especially when you drive behind a Maserati on the way to the apartment that lives not 2 miles away.
