I mostly use the space for work but will be leaving my queen bed with a bookcase, dresser, and standing desk, basic kitchen/cookware, and bar stools - move-in ready for a student or young professional!! Huge closet and extra storage available.

Super walkable, incredible location with Trader Joe's, Target, Kava Bar, tons of coffee shops, restaurants, all of Downtown Berkeley within blocks. UC Berkeley 10 min walk straight up University Ave. Two blocks from Ohlone Park with the community garden, dog park, recreation area. 4 blocks to North Berkeley Bart Station, 6 blocks to Downtown Berkeley Bart!
