Worst place ever, I would recommend not to move here, If you have other options please not move here. I lived here for almost 2 years. Staff is very rude, not at all accommodating especially the manager. They discriminate between the renters.Parking always a problem. ( almost no parking for guests, most of the time visitor park at the side of street). Building is old even after the renovation its not better, Sewer is a problem. Appliances are very poor quality, frequently broken. no washer and dryer in the unit. 1-2 paid washer and dryer per floor which is not enough, They are also frequently out of work. very few amenities. Overall its not worth the amount of rent they charge.
I don't live here but my husband does. I think the staff is great and friendly. I never saw any roaches, ants, or any bugs in his house. It's big, nothing breaks the staff is wonderful. The manager is the loveliest lady. I would recommend this building to everyone. It's big, beautiful and lovely people.\Its perfect.
Disgusting!! I swear there were roaches e v e r y w h e r e!! And not just roaches, but earth worms, spiders, ants, silver fish, and god only knows what else. Time spent here was a living hell. Maybe if you have a bug fetish you'll enjoy it. I freaked the hell out! The complex looks nice enough, newly renovated and everything, but don't let that fool ya! There will be bugs crawling out of every crevice in the building.
I moved here to Beach Place a little over a month ago and so far I have not had any issues. The staff is friendly and have accommodated my every need. When I first moved in my fridge wasn't making ice and they gave me a hotline to call and it was taken care of later that day. I had some ants on the balcony they too came and sprayed that day (Tuesday). Parking can pose some what of an issue maybe 1 out of 7 days a week, and even then you can find parking you might have to walk 30 yards... big deal. Everyday I see a cleaning crew here within the building and or landscapers outside trimming, cutting etc. The pool in nice close to the beach, internet and cable is included and I work from home sometimes and I rarely have an issue. It isn't loud, updated kitchens and bathroom's at least within my unit... so I don't get what these bad reviews are about. Awhile back ago I was doing Valet at the Trump Towers..... This isn't the Trump Towers but it's a nice place period and I have lived in and been to all parts of Miami (North Bay Village, Sky Lake etc. Don't read these reviews and not inquire, come check it out for yourself.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! For the love of God, just don't. You have to have a special kind of patience to deal with this place. It's an older place that is trying to renovate to a new look so that means there WILL be construction and lots of it for the next coming years. They will warn you at 6 pm that night before that they will be in your apartment at 9 am until 5 pm. The staff is RUDE! They have no sympathy and are immune to any kind of complaints. People are constantly in the office complaining and they don't give a flying ____(insert word here) about what anyone thinks. Yes, the room sizes are a bit bigger than a place like Intracoastal or Porto Bellagio, but you will enjoy it at any of these other places. Beach Place has NOOOO amenities, zip, nothing, zilch. They have like 2 treadmills and cheap washing machines (they look new) but they will constantly rip your clothes and the left over bleach in them will do wonders for that tie-dye look you've been dying to have on ALL of your clothes. The smell of human feces is also great as they constantly have flooding problems in one of the buildings. Parking sucks, they don't enforce any dog owners to pick up feces (great smell!), gym sucks, pool is meh, laundry sucks, staff really sucks, noise level (construction) sucks, and that's just all off the top of my head, but at least you get free cable. Just don't rent here, you will find out as soon as you move in.
