Finally, an apartment will only be removed from the market once an application a $185.00 payment is received from each person, 18 years and older, who will be residing in the apartment. Or for all persons, when not living applying with parent/guardian.
The apartment has an occupancy limit of no more than two adults (18 years of age or older). Minors living with their parents/guardians are exempt from this limit. However, a total person capacity will be enforced based on Chicago City Code. Minors living without their parents/guardians will be considered as occupants, and will be counted towards this limit.

The apartment lease will include a one-time non-refundable Administration Fee of $300.00 per person on the lease of 18 years of age or older. Occupants under the age of 18 and will be residing with their parents/guardians, are exempt from the Administration fee.
All cosigners will require a one-time non-refundable Administration Fee of $100 per cosigner.
A regular non-refundable Pet Fee of $150.00 per pet (if applicable) will be charged with each new lease and new lease extension.
