I have lived in Marion Park Apartments for the last 8 months and they are the first apartments I have ever lived in. Overall, I think this complex is good. The apartment manager Les is very friendly and knows everyone by name. I live in a 2 bedroom which is VERY spacious compared to other apartments i toured. The neighborhood is really nice I feel safe there. There is always a spot to park in I have never had any problems. There are at least 10-15 spots constantly open even enough space for visitors and friends. My apartment faces the backyard and the woods so I dont ever have to see car headlights and it feels more private. I have had some issues with things in the apartment like bend doors in the bathrooms when i moved in but those were fixed within 48 hours. Our refrigerator/freezer door does not have a good enough suction so it just pops open on its own and stays open for hours until someone realizes it. They came to look at it replaced the freezer door but it still happens. When i send in a matience request they literally have showed up on two occasions 30 seconds after i told them about it. Walls are thin I can hear my music blasting frat boy neighbors and the guy peeing above me, but that just comes with living in apartments. They are much better then the dorms and its a great first place to live. I pay $775 for my 2-bedroom 2-bath that I share with a roommate now. Everything is included except electric, which has run $40 in the fall and up to $120 in the winter per month. Nice new appliances and lighting fixtures.
