Everyone 18 and over who will be living in the property needs to apply. Once your application is approved, a non-refundable deposit in the amount of one month's rent is needed to hold the property until the lease is signed. This deposit is credited as your last month's rent. Additionally, first month's rent and one month's security deposit are needed prior to move in (refer to lease for dates due), for a total of three months' rent. NO PETS.
