Hi, My intial experiance was pleasant.I met with Brittney, whom is very friendly and went through the application processs and did not hear from her for over a week. So I left a message that I had decided not to move there and the next day she called and said I was approved. She informed me to bring in documents of my child support and kids birth certificates so that I could be approved by corporate and she would sit down and discuss the deposit with me. She had informed me previously that they would never take money without informing me. This did not occur. I never spoke with Brittney again and that night 99.00 holding fee was withdrawn from my account. I called my bank and informed them it was not authorized and they stated I have to dispute it and that would take 45 days but to contact Sienna Square and request for them to return it. I contacted Sienna Square the same day they withdrew the funds and left several messages and emails.Natalie responded with a voicemail never indicating what they intended to do and how they were going to handle it. I am a mother of three and currently laid off from the same state agency that license them so I need my 99.00. I am also in the process of moving. I hold the Section 8 voucher I never turned any of those documents into them or anything. I am due to take my certification for a class d security officer class next week and cant because my account is now overdrawn from this. I filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office online last night but its a shame that they just would not return the money. It has been over a week since the money has been withdrawn.I made it clear I didnt intend to move there and I was never approved by corporate , they were not holding anything for me because the application had not been approved yet. I wouldnt move here because if management is not good at handling things and being fair, how would your complaints and concerns be handled if you were a tenant? Something you may need to think about. I also wish I had never provided my kids social security numbers but I intend to ask them to shred the information. Also, notice on the reviews if they leave a pleasant review the management responds and if someone leaves a negative review they do not. A good sound foundation can accept constructive criticism and each tenant is paying rent rather its through the government or by a job and each tenant needs to be adhered too.
I hate this place and can't wait to move out. They raise the rent on you for new remodels that you never get to see. I have been living in this apartment for two years and haven't had one thing remodeled in my apartment, but yet I am paying for other apartments to get remodeled. I asked them to come do a paint retouch in my apartment because the walls are WHITE and I have kids. I was told to do it myself because they don't have the same paint. How is that my problem when the lease clearly states that the retouches is a part of the lease. They only single certain people out to follow the lease while others get away with the same thing they are asking you not to do. I don't have an issue with following the lease, but if you are going to enforce rules it needs to be done for everyone. One positive, they keep the outside of the apartments clean.
I love living here my only complaint is that the office staff keep changing but i love the maintenance staff they are efficient. The staff is very polite and does everything to accommodate your needs. They try to have activities for the residents.
I recently moved into Sienna Square and must say I am impressed. I finally recieved a nice aparment that is renovated. The mangement is very nice and genuine. And they keep the apartments looking nice. There are a lot of kids and school buses but as of now there are no issues. God is awesome‼️🙌🏾
