The apartment set up is nice but the customer service isn't the best one nice maintenance man, and the kids at the bottom of the hill are bad, I wish there wen't so steep hills also. Another thing is getting out of those of apartments a not easy at all so I suggest you don't try to leave between the hours of 3-7pm, they really need a light there. But the actual layout is great, I had a 3bed 2bath and it was really nice.I guess they decided to change it to Cascade Falls but before it was Waterford, I guess Cascade Falls is less "ghetto". Btw at least 1/3 of WLSD (Woodridge Local School District) lives in Waterford.

I will say this apartment complex has great spacious apartments for decent pricing especially for the area even with the recent price increase. The new management is doing their best to improve the area with repairs and updates. The entire management team is amazing actually disregard that statement the property manager Darryelle is amazing and very outgoing she will do her best to get the job done. One of my two stars is solely for her! However Jay is a jerk he is rude on the phone, he will NOT relay messages to the property manager, if I need to address anything at the office I act like he doesn't exist, and he has no people skills if you request to see an apartment here avoid him at all cost. One of my family members was highly considering moving in until they dealt with Jay on a tour and decide to move elsewhere. Honestly the complex has the potential to be a great area for working successful individuals. The problem is the Section 8 people because they do not care for the area, they don't look after their children, they trash the property, and smoke weed all day in the public common areas. They expect a hand out because they have lived here forever and are angry that the rent has increased so many are moving out but it's going to take a year or two to get them out so I wouldn't look into moving in here until then :)

I have been living at the Waterford for 3 years now and have gone thru different management teams and the current management will be the one to lead us into the future. Darryelle Heard the New Property Manager has helped us with the settling in process and helped those of us with Disabilities understand and this gives us hope for the future that Cascade Falls will be one of the number ONE places to live in Akron, Ohio . I Thank you for sending us someone like Ms.Darreyelle Heard Mr. Harry Dickens Cascade Falls.

I've lived here since August 2015. If I could go back and pick my apartment all over again, I would NOT of lived here. Problems after problems. Management is NOT professional. They do NOT care about their tenants! Of course, they respond on here that they "apologize", to help boost their reputation, but overall, this place isn't friendly at all. I've called multiple times to make an appointment to speak to the manager and he never returns my calls! When I call to place a maintenance request, they never call back or show up to help me/fix what's wrong in my apartment. For example, my water in my apartment isn't clean. The water is brown and contains floaties. I can't drink the water, bathe, or wash clothes. I called several times and no one has shown any concern! Management needs to be professional and care for those who are giving them their business by living in this crap-hole! If anyone asks me, I will NOT be recommending this place. sure, it's really appealing to the eye, but management makes living here miserable.

I'm not sure where to start. My grandmother has been there for the past 15 years (retired) and the new management came along and are evicting everyone with a voucher. That may not sound like much, but the details of it are you have residents who have intended on living here for many more years to come, they consider it home. Those years invested, were taken from the new management that has only been here since October of 2015! Where's the loyalty? You would think they would "grandfather" these people in. My grandmother and the other tenants (she became friends with) have a lot on their plate with the stress of having to move, look for a new apartment etc. "Brennan" sucks! The upmost unprofessional, businessman. Being management, you should be taught professionalism and how to take a situation and rise above it in a NICE manner. Rude. Rude. Rude. He is against the people on the property and it shows in his tone and actions. Yes the apartment layout is nice, but pay attention to the details before coming on the property like ask a few residents of their opinion. Once you sign that lease, you basically belong to them and they use that as their power and will throw hidden cost and new regulations at you. Good luck on your apartment search. The apartments are ok, it's the new management that sucks. :)
