I have been living at the Waterford for 3 years now and have gone thru different management teams and the current management will be the one to lead us into the future. Darryelle Heard the New Property Manager has helped us with the settling in process and helped those of us with Disabilities understand and this gives us hope for the future that Cascade Falls will be one of the number ONE places to live in Akron, Ohio . I Thank you for sending us someone like Ms.Darreyelle Heard Mr. Harry Dickens Cascade Falls.
I've lived here since August 2015. If I could go back and pick my apartment all over again, I would NOT of lived here. Problems after problems. Management is NOT professional. They do NOT care about their tenants! Of course, they respond on here that they "apologize", to help boost their reputation, but overall, this place isn't friendly at all. I've called multiple times to make an appointment to speak to the manager and he never returns my calls! When I call to place a maintenance request, they never call back or show up to help me/fix what's wrong in my apartment. For example, my water in my apartment isn't clean. The water is brown and contains floaties. I can't drink the water, bathe, or wash clothes. I called several times and no one has shown any concern! Management needs to be professional and care for those who are giving them their business by living in this crap-hole! If anyone asks me, I will NOT be recommending this place. sure, it's really appealing to the eye, but management makes living here miserable.
Rent increases are absolutely not worth it. Ivr lived here for over 4.5 years, and a close friend of mine who lived here for over 7 years Is being evicted over 15 dollars. No where for kids to play except in a parking lot, the busted up mini playground in the court yard needs to be replaced. I've actually seen a young child get hit by a car in front of my unit. They tow residents cars for no reason. The people in the office are not pleasant, and very frustrating to work with. I'm happy with the new maintenance people though. If I could afford to actually move and get the hell out of this place I definitely would ASAP. Unfortunately I'm stuck here for another year
I'm not sure where to start. My grandmother has been there for the past 15 years (retired) and the new management came along and are evicting everyone with a voucher. That may not sound like much, but the details of it are you have residents who have intended on living here for many more years to come, they consider it home. Those years invested, were taken from the new management that has only been here since October of 2015! Where's the loyalty? You would think they would "grandfather" these people in. My grandmother and the other tenants (she became friends with) have a lot on their plate with the stress of having to move, look for a new apartment etc. "Brennan" sucks! The upmost unprofessional, businessman. Being management, you should be taught professionalism and how to take a situation and rise above it in a NICE manner. Rude. Rude. Rude. He is against the people on the property and it shows in his tone and actions. Yes the apartment layout is nice, but pay attention to the details before coming on the property like ask a few residents of their opinion. Once you sign that lease, you basically belong to them and they use that as their power and will throw hidden cost and new regulations at you. Good luck on your apartment search. The apartments are ok, it's the new management that sucks. :)
Bad services they wont give me and my mom 100 dollars back and they never answer people calls and they want us to pay off our bills all pf it and we dont have that money to pay off the bills and they steal people money dont ever move in here
